Hi Guys.

Hello and nice to meet you all, sorry about the circumstances but I'm lost as to what to do? I have a EE home broadband service which is faultless and no complaints. As I have also a mobile phone but I was given a 4G wifi unit from EE to which I ordered a new sim card and monthly subscription so I could gift some of my data across go it for my girlfriend. the unit worked well for approx 4 minths but has now been faulty for 2 weeks and counting? I feel let down as I pay for 2x mobile contracts and a broadband service but feel left out in the cold? any thoughts on how to get the init replaced or cancel the other mobile service.
