Nest Thermostat

PLEASE HELP

My Nest thermostat connects to the 4G router however the Link controller does not connect, Wifi blue light is flashing on the link device, when I try pairing the thermostat it fails, have tried resetting the link controller several times, tried changing from 2.4GHz to 5GHz but no connection, currently on 2.4GHz and I can see the thermostat connected to the router but still not pairing.

Are you able to pair other devices to your 4G router OK? Have you tried restarting it?

Thank you for your prompt reply, I've tried restating 4g device it several times.

I have Blue wifi polling light on the Nest link device, the thermostat controller is connected to 4G as I can see it in the device list however it will not pair to the Nest link device.

Do you have a phone with EE? If so, are you able to connect the Nest and Link controller to the personal hotspot?
