I'm on a 4GEE Home Router 2 1m 100GB £35.

The wifi seems to work okay, except it won't let me access the remote server I use for working from home. When I connect and try to open an app like outlook, it closes after a few seconds. My IT Department at work told me I was having packet loss and that was why it wouldn't work. But when I called EE customer service they said there was no issue on their end. They thought it might be that the parental lock was on, but nothing changed when they turned it off.

I need to work from home and I'm getting really desperate - this is ridiculous given how much EE charge! Can anybody help please??!

Packet loss does not kill OL. It's not exactly a gaming app 😉 !
