Why is my monthly data showing I’ve used 15 gb of my 41 gb allowance on day one of my month?

Welcome to the community.

Are you sure it was your refresh date, not your payment date?

We'd usually take payment around 8-10 days after your refresh date.

I discovered I’d been stupid. I just got an Amazon firestick and I tested it by looking at sky news. Unfortunately, I didn’t turn it off and it streamed for about 20 hours.
