MIFI yellow box

My MIFI keeps turning its self off during down loads or zoom, and i have to re start it.

Any ideas? Have tried factory reset.

Is the box connected to power when you're doing this?

Does it happen every time?

Yes its connected to power.

It seems to only do it when in heavy use, simple things like emails and web sites ok, but online data platforms, teams and zoom effect it, it doesnt loose signal, it just powers off.

Only two devices connected.Cant find anywhere on EE site for Technical care!!

How old is it, could be the Battery has degraded and is forcing the Router to do strange things.

If the MiFi is permanently on charge it probably will kill the battery over time and with age.
