Hi I got my new 4GEE router today and tried to click the SIM card into place but it won’t lock in place and whenever I put it in it just pops back out. It’s definitely the right orientation. I can’t even get the SIM card slot cover back on because it just keeps popping out. I think it might be faulty.

JR17121999.. I have a 4G Router - the sim needs to be pushed RIGHT into the slot to contact - I used gentle pressure with a screwdriver blade to ease it further into the slot. The sim needs to disappear into the slot before you let go. Good luck!
