Hi,

I have bought data on my EE sim but after connecting the EE71 it still keeps saying no Internet. Are you able to upload a video how to update the WiFi?

The device is already unlocked by won't connect to any sim. Although it tells you what sim network you have in the device when you go to settings.

Please help

Where did you purchase the device? Are you able to browse http://add-on.ee.co.uk/ when connected to your 4GEE WiFi?

@Lalone27 : If you have an EE SIM in a 4GEE mobile router it doesn't matter if it's unlocked or still locked to EE. This is a connection issue not an unlocking issue.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
