Which router do you have? Our routers use 2.4 GHz and 5GHz. Brightbox 2 routers come with the bands split and viewable when you search for WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;With the Smart Hub, you may need to split the bands through the &lt;A href="http://192.168.1.254 " target="_blank"&gt;hub manager&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
