Hi

Had above energy monitoring Hub working on EE Landline router but as router had c 6 Mbit/s throughput I added a Mobile 4GEE router which gives 30-50 Mbit/s performance - Yay, BUT, when I try to connect Engage Hub it will not connect with Efergy's servers!

Any ideas? TIA

You probably need to switch the mobile router to the 2.4 GHz WiFi band. These smart home devices often can't do 5 GHz.

Thanks for that - but how do you direct ethernet socket to use only 2.4 Ghz Wifi band? The Admin panel for the router doesn't even identify number of wired connections to 4GEE router, let alone allow you to specify which band that Ethernet socket is to use? Or am I missing something?

Which model router do you have?

Not seeing any suggestions for this problem! Has anyone had a problem migrating a device from a landline router ethernet input to a 4GEE Mobile router ethernet input and if so how was it resolved? Please
