Very slow download speed

Bought 4g mini home broadband but my download speed is between 0.5 - 1.5mbs while upload is around 15-20mbs. Area coverage is good when i checked my postcode.

Is there any solution to increase my download speed?

Do we have any problems showing for your area on our Coverage Checker?

If you select 'I have a problem' after entering your postcode, this will show you any reported problems in the area.

I checked and it says 'You'll get great coverage outdoors and good coverage indoors on your EE 4GEE WiFi Mini'.

It also says that engineers have recently fixed problems in my area and that it should work now yet i checked my speed this morning and it was 2.5 mbs download and 20 mbs upload.

In this case, I would suggest giving us a call on either 150 from an EE phone or 0800 079 8586, our Tech Gurus will be able to get this looked into further for you.
