Problems with VOIP using EE 4GEE Home Router 2017 (HH70VB)

Hello

I am having problems with VOIP on this router. The main problem is that when attempting to make a call my routers connection drops out and restarts causing the internet to go down.

On my EE mobile if I create a hotspot and connect my computer to it VOIP works so it is something to do with the router.

I have searched online and it seems that routers have the option to disable SIP ALG but the router settings do not have this option?

Any ideas?

If you can't disable SIP ALG you can't do it.
