If you want another plan you just upgrade now to it from your MyEE.

If you want to cancel your plan you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation.

My 18 month 4GEE sim only plan ends on 27 December. I don't want/need to upgrade (I have my own device) I just need to arrange another plan. The EE website is far from clear to use (at least for me) and lord knows how on earth I get to speak with anyone, SO...help please. How can I take out another plan ie. 24 months @200GB allowance per month ? Alternatively how do I cancel the the plan so I am able to move elsewhere ?

Thaks all.

Hey, thanks for your time and the reply. However if I was able to upgrade the plan from MYEE I would have done so, unfortunately it only offers a maximum 50GB allowance at a far greater cost that my current plan. I will follow your advice and try customer services again (I was cut off before I got through this morning) and cancel. Thanks again.

Looks like you need a 200GB phone SIM which you can get for £23 pm from Pay Monthly Phone SIM

If you don't care about which mobile no. you have you can just put it in your router. You'll need to cancel your old contract.
