Hi any help welcome, phoned customer services as per website regarding second hand EE wifi device for unlick code, I want to use device for both EE sim and O2 Sim as signal varies on our boat, so far 3 times and 14 days later, I have been told this is not possible on this device, even though there are no issues with it, I referred them to current info on website and they have said the website needs updating as due to covid this is no longer possible, O2 are willing to supply unlocked device, should I just go with them and use an Ee sim if needed in their device?

Thanks

Hi, I've recently purchased an unlock code via eBay, I've been away working so won't get a chance to try it till Sunday 13th Dec, with the info supplied via youtube video link that came with code, it states when new sim is inserted the unit is unlocked from ee and then locked to the new SIM, would I be right in assuming that if another SIM from another carrier is inserted that you can again unlock using the same code. Thanks in advance
