4GEE router with SIM card (No landline). - complete reset

We bought one last week and it was working brilliantly then someone messed about with it and now it only works some of the time and is slow or not at all other times.

Is it possible to reset it so that it is back to how it came out of the box so I can start again?

Yes, @Michelle0007 , there should be a Reset hole, probably near the SIM tray, where you can push a pin in for about 10 secs.
