I had to reset my 4GEE router recently.. press and hold the WPS button on the router for a few seconds, then press the corresponding WPS button on your booster. The lights will flash for 30 secs or so then they should connect.
If you are connecting from new I do remember connecting my booster (TP Link) hard wired via ethernet cable to the router for initial set up.

Are they Powerlines? Where are you getting stuck?

I have the same issue , we have a new ee WiFi router. The house is old with thick walls. We bought a new netgear repeater and it would not connect to the router despite following instructions and even resetting the repeater. Ethernet options work with plug in options. That is ok for the pc etc. But iPad and phones do not have that option. Any help gladly taken.

HI Wardi , thanks for the note.

Tried the WPS , and connecting it with a cable. Then connecting with a cable and pressing WPS.

I only wish EE did there own booster, we asked them they said the disc was for internet only. thanks for your suggestion though.
