arrrgghhhhhhh trying to top up 4g ee wifi mini ...going around in circles

Good Evening all

iIm trying to top up my 4GEE router, when I put details of phone number in the web bot tells me to disconnect my laptop wifi and connect via plugged in 4GEE router . This results in freezing pages and eventually I can select a top up amount but thats as far as it goes ...no further.

There is no credit /data on the 4gEE router sim

Its now 3 hours of my life Ive lost, can anyone help

@f4rghi : Try Fast Top Up . It doesn't need to be connected to any router.
