can not use other service provider in 4GEE Mini wifi 2020 device after unlocking

I have unlocked my 4GEE mini wifi device by requesting EE team, i got mail and i did exactly same. but still i am not getting another service providers network. How can i find if it is unlocked or not?

Did you receive an email containing instructions on how to unlock the device?

Are you trying to use a SIM card from another network?

Hi

Yes I received a mail with all instructions and I did the same.
Now when I insert another networks sim I don't get get screen to enter
unlock code but not getting network also for another provider.

Yes, Sim card works in mobile.

I tried Multiple networks sim but it didn't worked.

I'd recommend getting back in touch with our Customer Care team and letting them know that the unlock hasn't worked.

They will be able to go through the next steps with you.

Hi,

Tried talking with them but they are saying you have to contact customer care.

Lyca is working. Giffgaff and lebara is not working. when i talk with lebara and giffgaff people they are saying you have to unlock the device.

Another is when i insert lebara or giffgaff, network shows for sec.

I dont know what to do.

As well as unlocking the device, you’ll need to put in the APN settings for the new network. (If I remember correctly it’s called Profile in the settings)

Yes.

I tried everything created new profile set it as default but automatically it will again set systems default profile.

Like for lebara i created one profile and set it as default but after some time it will automatically take vodafone PAYG as default.
