unlock port / port forwarding - connection too slow

Hi guys - I've been told that I need to unlock port 3389 to access one of the programmes I need for work. I've found the online instructions but have fallen at the first hurdle! I keep getting the connection timed out error when I try to log into my 4G hub - I've tried wireless and wired but get the same error each time - any ideas??

Hi @KanesNana.

Are you using the login details on the back of the router?

Could you try restarting the router?
