I topped up for data but no more data?

So today I went into a Spar store and topped up my Mifi device (that I recently bought) with £15 for 8GB of data I only ever use it for data for my iPad) but I got home and the top up wasn’t on my account, it was only showing the 4.1GB that was left from the first top up. I was wondering if anyone knew what could’ve happened to the £15 that I topped up? And if anybody knew how I could get it back? Thanks

How did you top up? By the top up card? And you still have the top up receipt?
