Hi @LordToft

When you say BT, do you mean BT Mobile (the EE "MVNO") or a BT (Openreach)-based fixed line provider?

What EE router do you have?

What speeds are you getting, and do these vary depending on time of day for example?

Left BT due to slow speeds.

Joined EE with EE Router. 50GB per month.

More often than not i have to set up a Mobile Hotspot on my phone - Again EE - and this connection enables me to work from home. Thus paying twice.

I need the router to do what it is supposed to. External antenna fitted and I am 600m from the mast in the countryside and so clear path to it.

EE try to help but say they can't do anything. I would like to exit the contract if it can not be improved upon.

Any ideas/advice gratefully received.
