If get a smart sim and add the video data pass swappable benefit, can i put it into a 4gee mobile broadband dongle and watch YouTube and Netflix without it eating my data?

Hello ,

The video pass is not designed to be used like this . Reason being is that the video pass only provides guarantee that it will zero rate the traffic for those providers originating from YouTube and Netflix apps. (iOS and Android)

This is because providers can use many different delivery end points .

If you experience any issues with data being charged whilst using SIM you wouldn't be able be reimbursed as t/c covers this

The EE Video Data Pass is not designed for this type of use and so we cannot guarantee that any data you use when tethering will be zero rated.
