      <description>&lt;P&gt;What do you mean by it's locked? What parts are locked?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It will come with EE firmware which will determine what facilities are available. They won't necessarily be the same as&amp;nbsp;Huawei's. That is the downside of buying from a mobile network rather than the manufacturer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
