I live in London and I have no internet on my 4GEE mini WiFi

I had the same problem this morning it worked for one hour and now IT'S DOWN AGAIN !!!!

same issue, 3rd time already today. Also I have no keyboard on the app to make complaints...

I just opened my account with EE a few days ago. After today I doubt I will not cancel the contract...

I know EE is being awful in the last couple of months I'll cancel both my contracts at the end of the time I have left

I solved it myself yesterday ,I have 2 4GEE wifi mini (same model , , different colour - I WENT TO A EE SHOP TO UPDAYE MY 4GEE MINI WIFI AND THEY GAVE ME THE SAME MODEL DIFFERENT COLOUR 😡)I was using the new one when the "no connection " happened so I decided to put the sim on the old one and it worked so there is a problem with the device not the sim!!!!
