Well it appears that I have made a terrible choice in mobile networks.

Firstly It was an absolute nightmare trying to figure out how to get access to my account / linking account but I managed. Great information provided!!!! I am being sarcastic there.

So finally get to see my account and I see that I have a previous charge whacked onto my bill of 50 quid?? No explanation given apart from "a previous bill". After doing some research here I see that it could possibly be a deposit. At no point was I told that I would have to give a deposit to a PAY BEFORE YOU USE CONTRACT, so it is practically a fancy pay as you go in the end.

Even though I have ticked the box to remember me and keep me logged in, at this point I am automatically logged out and I need to log back in again (I am a programmer and I can say that whoever made the site needs a new job). I log back in and I am greeted with a message that says "We're unable to retrieve your account details right now Log out and then log in" this continues over and over....

I have tried to call the 150 but of course every single employee needs to go on a training conference today and they will be back at 15:05, it is now 15:17 and they ate still having their cup of tea and biscuits it appears, They probably have a ton of that from the 50 quid that they sneakily take from everyone without their consent!

So, had enough and cannot trust this company one bit. Hidden charges, lazy staff, and useless broken website.

It could be very easy to overcome these issues with a small amount of attention to detail but sadly it appears that EE is a shambles in every aspect of it's service (not to mention the 16 text messages they have already sent me about my bill in the last hour!!!).

What a huge mistake I have made.

It'll probably be a refundable deposit against roaming. It won't be PAYG!
