I bought a voucher in April to topup my 4Gee wifi. Does it have to be a specific voucher, could someone explain how I use it please? Thank you.

Is it an EE top up card you have, or did you buy an e voucher (a printed receipt with a code on it).

If you have an e-voucher, you can follow the steps below to top up your 4G WiFi device using a different phone.

text 150 with VO then a space and then the 16-digit voucher number and then the mobile number you'd like to top up

e.g VO 1234567891234567 07123456789
