      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive contacted you previously about my change in circumstances, yet you continue to attempt to take direct debits out before my agreed payment date, you then dissconect my home broadband, a payments has been made, unable to contact you via mobile when you claim calls are free yet you want 25p to make a call. Everytime i log in to my acvountvi get logged out. Totally **bleep** with you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What services do you have with EE? You mention home broadband and therefore also home phone. You mention 25p to call C/S which suggests PAYG mobile, but then direct debits?&lt;/P&gt;
