Hi,

I have recently got the new Model:B625-261 router and it worked great and I had no issues, but starting my computer up today and it says "No SIM card is inserted into the device. Please insert a SIM card and restart the device, then try again." even though the router has not been opened/moved or even touched since the previous day when it was working.

I have removed the sim card and placed it back in and restarted the router multiple times before removing the sim card and afterwards to no success. I currently have no internet because of this and so need a solution as soon as possible.

Many Thanks
