4Gee WiFi stopped working suddenly

As of this morning my mobile WiFi box is no longer working correctly, but this morning it was working fine and then suddenly it just stopped, I’ve tried using it powered by usb and it’s own battery the box turns on but all 4 lights stay a solid blue and I am unable to connect to the box with any of my devices, has anyone had anything similar?

Have you restarting the router? There should be a reset button/pin-hole.

I had been restarting it all morning but I’ve found and tried the reset button on the inside and that seems to of done the trick, thank you
