Hello I am trying to reconnect my Samsung Galaxy J4 to my wifi mini and it is asking me for a password which I don't remember how do I reset password

You can find your WiFi password underneath the SIM cover or on the keep me card that came with your router.

I have purchased a EE mini wifi router when I registered it I was not asked for a password (just my email address and the number) and so cannot log on to check my data usage. I thought that it may appear in my EE mobile account but it does not. Where can I find how much data I have left?

Hi David610.. I can check my 4G router data via the router webpage 192.168.1.1 though you will need to access via the router password I suspect.

I can also find it in 'my EE' app. If your phone is on your app homepage click the 3 bars top left and tap 'manage another product' as your router will have it's own phone number and account.
