I am having the exact problem with my toshiba and WiFi mini. It connects to phones and tablets no problem.

we bought wifi mini yesterday. It has connected to our phones and tablet but not our TV . This was why we bought it and the sales man never mentioned compatibility. Also we can't get into our account. The tv recognising mini has 4 bars but saying password not authorised

Hi @Maisie4,

Are you making sure the password is being entered correctly? The password is case sensitive.

I haven't been able to find a manual for that TV online. Does it have an option to change the WiFi security type during setup?

Hi James could you help. Our WiFi mini worked for a day eventually . However now the 4 lights flash all together intermittently but will not switch on . When you remove cable there are no lights at all. Tried taking battery out and resetting but nothing

Thanks for coming back to us.

Have you tried pressing and holding the pin reset button on the box for around 10-15 seconds?

This will reset the box back to factory settings.
