I have just joined a company and am trying to sort out the EE account.

There are 6 x devices listed, but I can only trace 4 of them so not sure where/who has the other 2.

Firstly is it possible to temporarily suspend service on the 'missing' devices to see if/who shouts up that a device has stopped working ?

Secondly, on the account there are 2 x 4GEE Home devices listed with associated mobile number, but we only have 1 in the office. So that I do not suspend the one in the office, how can I identify which number is the router in the office ?

You can find it by:

Texting NUMBER to 150 from it.

Looking at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status to see your current status. incl. mobile no

Logging in to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the password found under the battery cover. Then look under the System Settings. It might be called "MSISDN" there.
