Hi my WiFi mini is getting very hot plus cuts out when watching amazon prime any ideas?

@Phaedra1986 It’s getting hot because the battery is over heating. Lithium ion battery will chemical degrade the more you charge it, unfortunately that’s how these batteries are and the older that chemical age is the hotter it tends to get. It will also cut out because it’s getting too hot.

How long have you had this device for ?

I’ve had it about 2 months? Can hardly be considered old?!
