mobile broadband

My mobile broadband has been stopping intermittently for a while. It started about 3 weeks ago when I kept losing it while using my phone, and had to keep switching box off and on again to try and remedy it which sometimes worked but it happened too much for me to use phone. I'm now using a computer which is much better, but every now and then it just stops, and I have to switch ee box off and then on again which so far seems to work but why is this happening and is there any way I can remedy it? Many thanks

Hello Leanne, thanks for your reply. No, no known problems for my area and I have nt got other ee devices. At first I thought it could be something to do with my phone as it seemed to start when I sent and received a text which I don't often do with that phone. When I switched off box and just used phone, phone internet worked fine. It's much better with computer, but every hour or two, it just stops and I have to switch box on and then off again which seems to correct it, but its annoying, and im hoping it does nt get worse again.
