4GEE router showing wifi available but nothing can find it or connect

4GEE router (white one) 2017? All working except no devices can find find or connect to it.. powered down for 5 mins, done a reset as well no progress. Any ideas?

Has the WiFi device worked previously for you?

Have you tried a factory reset on the WiFi device?

Hi, yeah device had been working well until recently. Yes I have reset the router by pressing in the small button on the side but this hasn't worked either. Thanks for reply .

All I was told was it can take up to 7 days for a solution..
