I’m having problems connecting my smart tv, a JVC LT-43C775(A) to my WiFi mini. Our phones and another smart tv connect ok.
The TV detects the network, but when I put the password in and press ok, nothing happens. There are minimal ‘settings’ options on the tv to change.
I have phoned the EE helpline and was told to take the box back to store and try a different type of router. The store said that will be a different contract and £15 extra a month so I don’t really want to do that.
the store also said to try connecting the box to the tv with the usb cable. I can’t see how that would help?
the tv is In a holiday caravan and I’m back home now, but just want to see if it should be possible, as I only have 7 days left to cancel the contract if it won’t work. Any help would be great

Hi @Dc9

Have you made sure your TV firmware is up to date?

Also deactivate content lock. Try logging into your MyEE app then - Settings - Content Lock - change this to off. Then restart your device.

Thanks,
