Hi @Siddy1

On the face of it, if you can call landlines perfectly clearly but only have problems with calls to mobiles, this would suggest the issue is at the other end of the line - i.e. with the person you're calling.

Certainly if you can call landlines ok, it suggests your phone is working fine!

I am having problems with my WIFI calling, I have an IPhone 7 using a BT Smart Hub. When I try to call someone the signal quality from mobile to mobile is very in and out, strangely a call to the same persons landline number is fine. I have turned WIFI Assist off and using Pingify have an average of 18 ms. I have done the normal router/phone off and on. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Thank you for the reply I wondered if that could be the reason, have since discovered that there have been problems with the EE network locally that includes the number I have been calling

Regards
