Gifted Data Used?

Hi

I have shared 60gb from my 100gb shareable allowance. Later in the month my phone alerts me ”you have nearly used up all my giftable data.”

I then receive notification advising all my giftable data is now used for this month? Where is the 40gb left?

Hi

I have an unlimited plan and should be able to gift 100gb data not 60gb and then receive a notification I have now used up all my giftable data.

Thanks @CarlFitzpatrick.

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can check your account.

They will be able to see if there are any issues and manually gift the data if necessary.
