Hi, I have been trying to cancel my WiFi hub that I never used for months, I tried calling but the automated service wouldn’t let me through as I didn’t know the number to the SIM card that was in the hub, the contract has finally ended but it’s carried on as I can’t get through to EE to cancel it ! Is there any other way other then phone call to cancel a contract ??

These contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling month's notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade. You need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation.
