Rubbish miwifi

I have had 2 mini my wifi boxes and both have failed to work has anyone else had this problem

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Does the Network Status Checker show any problems in your area?

Yep. The mini Wifi router is absolute rubbish. Sometimes it takes 20 minutes to even get the thing to turn on properly. And sometimes when you eventually get the thing to turn on, it doesn’t allow you to connect to it, even though it shows in the wifi list.

I often have to revert to hot spotting my phone data, which completely defeats the point and wastes money and data.

Terrible piece of equipment. I’ve asked EE about it before and they had nothing to say. They don’t seem to give a *@“& about producing a crap product and allowing it to be available to the public.
