Lost password

I have tried every password known to man including the one on the inside of the back of the unit also tried the accessing the http connection which failed as well. Is there anyway of resetting the password or a way of resetting the unit to default. I am sorry this is urgent as unit is needed right away.

Technical told me to connect the wifi mini 4gee through my internet and go onto the routers page for this one which i did reset the password and tried again no luck so went back in and did a full reset to factory default and let it set up again. But still nothing it is close to be thrown in the bucket i have never had a item that gave so much trouble. I have done 3 full resets so far and none of them worked.

What happens when you try to connect to your router's WiFi with the original password after a factory reset?

It resets and it asks me to change the password which i do.

Where are you being asked to change the WiFi password?

What type of device are you joining the WiFi network with?

Directly after doing the reset and before i can check it on the Router page, the router is a 4GEE Mini Wifi for mobile connection

When you change the password as advised, do you get an error message, or does this show as changed?

What happens when you try and connect a device to WiFi?
