I would like to cancel which email can I contact?

Hi, due to corona, I had to come back to my home country Brazil and I will only return to Uk in January. So for now I want to cancel my wifi because I am not using since March when I left. I also cannot make calls because they will be too expensive to call from here. how can I cancel it? thank you for helping me.

Hi @Carolineccosta

You can't give cancellation notice to EE by email.

EE's contact us page includes all of their contact numbers, if not you can write a letter of cancellation and send it to..

Your 30days will start running from when the letter is received.

Check the contact us page for the best number to call. Unless you're within the EU, in which case calling 150 from an EE phone is free, there is no number that will be free from abroad.
