    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This morning I was watching Netflix and later in the day after work one of the shows I was watching suddenly disappeared. I managed to find it and when I press play it says that I am using a proxy or unblocker and can not watch it until I disable it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't changed anything or installed any software since the morning. I do not use VPN software or any anti-virus beyond windows defender. I connected through my phone to check it was just the router and the issue did not occur when connected on my phone (also EE).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried factory reset on my device as well but this has still resulted in the same problem and at a loss of how to resolve this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the&amp;nbsp;4GEE Home Router 2017 model which is now just passed it's fixed 18 month plan is now rolling monthly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you try watching the same show on your phone when connected to WiFi?&lt;/P&gt;
