      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to give Shaun Bartlett Broadband Technical Team Plymouth a huge thank you for helping me with my Home Broadband problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He has been brilliant this week. Polite, patient, reassuring and caring.       <description>Please pass my commendation onto him.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;He definitely went the extra mile I was extremely upset and distressed on&lt;BR /&gt;Tuesday.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;He was faced with me having a anxiety attack, crying etc.&lt;BR /&gt;I hadn't had any internet for about 5 days and was trying to work from home&lt;BR /&gt;and living alone I went into complete meltdown mode.&lt;BR /&gt;He listen reassured me and calmed me down. Even kept in touch with me for a&lt;BR /&gt;few days to the new router arrived. On Thursday talked me through setting&lt;BR /&gt;up the new router. He is also going to phone me on Monday to check&lt;BR /&gt;everything is ok.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;He showed sympathy, empathy, supported me and the was non judgemental.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I must admit that loosing my internet wasn't the end of the world but with&lt;BR /&gt;other problems I am faced with and Lockdown it was my tipping point.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When answering my call on Tuesday morning he didn't know he was going to be&lt;BR /&gt;faced with a person in complete meltdown mode.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you again&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kathryn</description>
