Hi,

Is there any plans to introduce a higher tier to 4GEE, during COVID my 500GB is being burned so would appreciate more options?

Yes, it's called an EE unlimited data phone SIM with a FUP of 1TB for personal use.

EE has no email contact.

So I can just buy an unlimited 4G sim off any EE contract and just put it in my 4GEE router?

Yes, you are allowed to put any SIM in any device.
