Which 4GEE device is it? Try Factory Resetting it. There should be a pin-hole near the SIM slot.

My 4 gee dongle has stopped working. All I am getting is the glowing EE. The power button isn't displaying any lights despite it having been charged and it's not finding any signal when I know it always does from where I am. When I try to hook up my laptop I get a connection timeout. Any suggestions?
