I have recently ran out of data on my 200gb a month plan. My first problem was that with the data add ons it just says data allowance for £35 and £50 instead of an amount in gb which left me wondering what to buy. I went for £35 option which bought another 50gb of data. I thought this would be plenty for the remaining 5 days. Within a day it said that I have used it all which is impossible as I was out all day with no devices on. I then had to buy another £50 which gave me 100gb bringing my monthly total to £125. I need refunding as this is completely wrong!
