    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all we have 74 broadband download speed internet wanting to go to 900/500 one but I can't see anywhere to try upgrade, when I click change my plan it takes me to search a postcode which tells me I all ready have broadband&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker, &lt;STRONG&gt;not the Postcode Checker&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
