The white Smart Router does not have functionality to separate the WiFi bands, unlike the black Smart Hub. 1 suggested dodge is to turn off the 5GHz band, connect your smart devices to 2.4GHz & then turn 5GHz back on.

Hi, so I upgraded my broadband and got the new smart router & discs. However I can't seem to split out the 5 & 2.5 G. Already seems to be separated. Long story short I can't reconnect my smart plugs. Any help or advice appreciated. The discs are working fine however.

Thanks in advance
