EE Broadband and Always on VPN

Hello Experts I need some help

We have moved away from Direct access VPN IPV6 which worked well with EE. We are now running Always on VPN IPV4. For some strange reason EE board band seems to be blocking the connection when other ISP's are fine. I have tried turning on port clamping with now joy:

If I tether off a EE mobile the VPN works and if I then go back to Broadband it continues to work for a few hours but the next day I have the same problem.

Any ideas?

In the mean time, have you spoken to your VPN provider? They may have had others report something similar to them.
