Lost smart WiFi option on EE home app

Hello,

tonight one of my smart WiFi discs was flashing red. It soon stopped and I have good internet throughout the house but now on the ee app I no longer have any smart WiFi option to turn the light off on the disc. It just now shows 4 options:

setup router step by step

manage your settings

check your router speed

check your router

where has the smart WiFi option gone? Also on my iPhone the placement of the 4th menu option is cut off so you only see about two thirds of the menu option.

i can live with the bad ux interface but where has all the smart disc management options gone?

I can’t see anyway of changing WiFi disc settings on the router admin on the pc and all the forums say use the app but how if the options are not there?

please help 😞

Welcome to the community.

Can you turn the disc off an on at the power?

If this still doesn't help, you may need to factory reset the disc.
